At Columbia Interpreting Services, we make it easy for you to request an interpreter. 

1. Call CIS at 573-442-9876, Email at columbiainterpretingservices@gmail.com, or fill out the Request an Interpreter form on our website. 

2. At CIS, we need the following information to insure we provide you with the best interpreter for your event.

• Date
• Time
• Location and Address 
• Name of the Deaf Client
• What is the event for ex. Assembly, Doctors Appointment, etc. 
• Any questions?
  

3. Once we receive this information depending on your contact method, we are going to follow up with you with any questions.

4. Then we will contact one of our qualified interpreters and brief them on your event

5. Once the interpreter confirms we will contact you again with a confirmation email

6. Day of the event, our interpreters are going to arrive 15 minutes early and prepare for the event.

7. Interpreter provides services for the event!
